We also focus on clarifying your self-concept, likes and dislikes as well as improving your ability to communicate. C&D sessions are a great introduction to perseverance and resiliency.

  • Goal setting & Athlete Time Management

    Setting and achieving a goal no matter how big or small takes perseverance – there are several things however that make the process of setting and achieving goals more fluid. Aspire uses a modern version of the SMART process including "calendarizing" to help you balance training, social, family and recovery time.

  • Peak Performance Mental Skills

    Mental skills can help you in both practice and performance. Aspire will teach you breathing techniques, self-check-ins, setting intentions, proper goal setting, visual focus training, relaxation and more. Once you know the basics of mental skills, you will have a broad array of things to form your own personalized mental game plan.

  • Athlete Wellness

    Aspire provides health coaching for athletes and families. Topics include: sleep hygiene, stress management, heart health, pre-post season fitness, cross-training, writing your own sport-nutrition menus and more. This is a great supplementary program to Peak Performance Mental Skills.

  • Athlete Parenting

    Aspire covers topics anywhere from helping your athlete to transition to a more intense level, balancing school, social-life, rest and recovery or exploring the road to a scholarship. We explain signs of when to motivate, step-back in patience or put on the brakes and intervene. Sessions include tips for parent-athlete and coach communication, injury-management and optimizing mental health.
